Using Wiki Pages

Edit Existing Wiki Pages
To edit an existing Wiki Page, follow these steps:
If you are already on the page that you want to edit, there should be an "Edit this page" button at the bottom of that page. Just click on that button, enter what you want to add in the "Edit page" section, and then click on the "Save" button.
If you are not on the page you want and you need to find the page, follow these steps:
Step 1:
In the Menu section along the left hand side, if you hover your cursor over "Wiki", you will see a submenu of choices. From this list, select "List Pages".

Step 2:
You will then come to a screen that displays all the pages.

Once you find the one that you want to edit, you can do one of the following:
- Click on the Edit Pencil Image under the Actions Column for that page.
- Click on the Page Name Link to go to the page first. After getting to this page, you can then either click on the "Edit this page" button at the bottom of the page, or you can click on the Edit icon near a specific section of the page.
Basic Wiki Syntax
Below are some basic syntax instructions for editing wiki pages...
How to create a hyperlink
To create a link to a web page:- [http://www.somesite.org] or [http://www.somesite.org|Link Text]
- ((Wiki Page Name))
How to create a numbered list
To create a numbered list, just place a hash mark (#) at the beginning of a line.To continue numbering items, press Enter once, type another hash mark (#), and the text for the next item.
To end the list, press Enter twice.
Example.....typing in this:
#Item One
#Item Two
#Item Three
Will produce this:
- Item One
- Item Two
- Item Three
How to create a bulleted list
To create a bulleted list, just place an asterisk (*) at the beginning of a line.To continue with the list, press Enter once, type another asterisk (*), and the text for the next item.
To end the list, press Enter twice.
Example.....typing in this:
*List Item One
*List Item Two
*List Item Three
Will produce this:
- List Item One
- List Item Two
- List Item Three
How to create a heading
Headings are formed by starting the line with one, two, or three exclamation marks ("!", "!!", or "!!!"). The more exclamation marks you have, the smaller the heading.!Large Heading
!!Medium Heading
!!!Small Heading
Create New Wiki Pages
To add a new Wiki Page, follow these steps:
Step 1:
In the Menu section along the left hand side, if you hover your cursor over "Wiki", you will see a submenu of choices. From this list, select "Create a Wiki Page".

Step 2:
You will then come to a screen that allows you to enter a page name for your new page. Be sure that the "Create a Wiki Page" tab is selected. Enter a page name and click on the "Create Page" button.

Step 3:
You will then come to a screen with an editor for you to enter the content for your page. Enter whatever you'd like here and then press the "Save" button.

That's it! You're page is now created!
